No, since the courier service and the people who work for them do not do this for free, we cannot offer free returns. You may use a courier service to return the package to us.

How do I return a product?

Step 1:
Send us an e-mail to register your return at info@brington.com.ph and state your order number, the product you want to return, and the quantity.

Step 2:

Pack the product well and use it for this sturdy, undamaged box. Make sure that all sides are well padded so that the product cannot shift during transport.

Step 3:

Hand in the package to the courier you chose or prefer and pay for the return.

Step 4:

Your package arrives at our services. Your return will be checked for any return or other damage and for completeness.

Step 5:

When the return is found to be in good condition by us, we will refund the amount.
