If for any acceptable reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@brington.com.ph, with the below details of the item(s) you are returning.

Order Number: (can be found in the confirmation e-mail sent to you)
Item Description: - Name and product number (can be found in the confirmation e-mail we sent you)
Reason for returning the item(s):

If your return is accepted, You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank

Note: The customer will shoulder the shipping cost of the returned item.
